You retain ownership of any content you create or submit during courses, such as projects or assignments. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it for educational and operational purposes.
4.3 License Grants
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for personal educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

5. Payment and Refunds
Course fees are stated in Japanese Yen. Payment terms, refund policies, and cancellation procedures are provided during the enrollment process. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in our refund policy.
We reserve the right to change course pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes do not affect enrollments already confirmed.
6. Disclaimers and Limitations
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, job placements, or career advancement. Individual results depend on various factors including effort, prior experience, and market conditions.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
